Police report -4-27-18; Deputies arrested a man who trespassed onto someone elses property.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    JOHN GODLEY LANE — Deputies arrested a man who trespassed onto someone else’s property and damaged property that was not his.
    OLNEY STATION DRIVE — A woman told deputies someone had stopped to photograph her children, and the next day a man in a white truck was stopped in front of her home. Deputies located the man, who said he had only been texting his wife. Deputies checked his phone and there were no photos of children. The only texts were to the man’s wife.
    P. W. CLIFTON ROAD — A woman said her husband took the following items from her home after breaking through a barricade she had set in place; two boat trailers, a Yamaha stereo system, Coleman camp stove, seed spreader, garden planter, tow straps and fishing poles.

Statesboro Police Department
    CONE HOMES — A man was arrested on battery and probation violation charges after police responded to a domestic dispute.
    HIGHWAY 67 — Officers responded to a reported criminal trespass, but when they arrived, determined there was no need for police intervention.
    LESTER ROAD — A person reported damage to a vehicle.
    HERTY DRIVE/FAIR ROAD — A driver stopped for not having a working tag light was also charged with marijuana possession.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE APARTMENTS — Someone reported a person acting suspiciously.
    C/E/J LOT — Officers investigated reports of suspicious activity.
