    Brian Thomas Aspinwall, 22, Georgia Avenue — handicap parking violation, failure to appear in court.
    Kemuel Ryan Spivey, 25, Chandler Road — wanted person.
    Bryan Richard Mobley, 39, Ponderosa Road, Portal — wanted (aggravated assault on a peace officer, disorderly conduct, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.)
    Edward Bernard Miller, 52, Johnny Brannen Road — tag light violation, DUI.
    Wardale Cosper, 24, Institute Street — open container, stop sign violation, no valid driver’s license, giving false information.
    Danielle Latrice Clark, 24, South Mulberry Street — failure to appear in court.

Incidents
    PARKERS ENZONE — A man selling electronics from his car was found to have outstanding warrants and was also peddling without a license.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A man asked another for a lighter and an argument ensued. The one seeking a lighter kicked the other in the neck. Police arrived and found the offender was wanted on several charges including aggravated assault on a police officer, and arrested him.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A man received a two-inch puncture wound to his armpit, but neither he nor his friends knew how it happened. The victim was extremely intoxicated, reports stated.

    Cynthia Lynn Vincent, 17, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Home Park, Register — theft by taking motor vehicle, reckless driving, fleeing/attempt to elude, disobeying traffic device, no driver’s license, passing in a no passing zone.
    John Richard Wiggins, 38, Old Waynesboro Road, Hephzibah — escape.
    Floyd Cody, 45, Allen Circle — public intoxication.
    Henry Lee Roberson, 40, Martin Swinson Road, Ellabell — probation violation.
    Barry Michael Wilson, 24, Westside Road — DUI, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, obstruction.
    John Vaiden Hartman, 42, Ft. Argyle Court, Savannah — probation violation.
    Ashley Paige Holmes, 30, Valley Road — disorderly conduct.

Incidents
    DIXIELAND MATERIALS — (Statesboro) Someone took keys from work vehicles and equipment.
    OGEECHEE TECHNICAL COLLEGE — (Statesboro) A woman said someone stuck a knife in her tire, leaving it in the tread.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD — (Portal) A woman reported harassment by a man she knows.
    MCKELVEEN POND ROAD — (Statesboro) A complainant said someone stole wiring from a house.
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Portal) A man reported the theft of a utility trailer.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — A man saw his wife drive past and followed her, to find her meeting a man in a red Ford F150. The man in the red truck, who was named in reports, exited and struck the complainant in the face before driving away.

    Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, responded to one injured person and investigated one accident Monday.
    SOUTHERN PINES — A drug complaint was reported.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Someone reported an alcohol violation.
    KENNEDY HALL — A phone charger and a set of keys were stolen.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A fishing rod was taken from the bed of a truck.
