    Steve Little Motes, 65, Langston Chapel Road — theft by taking.
    Andrew Jaron Pierce, 22, 111 South Apartments — marijuana possession, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Sabastian Fransbole Jones, 22, Sugarbush Road, Savannah — marijuana possession, obstruction.

Incidents
    PULASKI ROAD — Deputies responded around 6:40 p.m. Monday to a home where two men fought physically over someone shooting a cypress tree.

Arrests
    Shavez Jarmaine Mincey, 21, Ralph Street, Claxton — marijuana possession, possession/use of a drug-related object, obstruction.
    Justin Ray Watkins, 24, U.S. Highway 80, Portal — public indecency, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Glenn Aaron Halm, 19, South Main Street — improper passing, failure to obey traffic device, DUI under 21.

Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic citations and 10 traffic warnings and assisted 10 motorists Monday.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Three men caught smoking marijuana, one of whom admitted having a false ID, were all judicially referred to university authorities for punishment around 12:17 a.m. Oct. 11. They were not arrested.
    HARVEY DRIVE — A man was arrested for marijuana possession around 1:50 a.m. Oct. 13. He was untruthful when officers asked him about the marijuana, and tried hiding it in his underwear during a search.
    PAULSON STADIUM — Police escorted a woman out of the stadium around
6:30 p.m. Oct. 11  because she was intoxicated and needed assistance walking. She was not arrested or cited, but judicially referred to university officials for punishment.
