    Janet Denise Rivers, 37, Miller Street Extension — seat belt violation, suspended license.
    Katherine Elizabeth Watson, 61, Zetterower Avenue — DUI, (refused test), failure to maintain lane.
    JoAnn Elia Renfro, 42, Westover Drive — seat belt violation, no insurance.

Incidents
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS —A woman and her girlfriend fought, and one threw something, damaging a wall.
In another incident a woman said a man struck her several times.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man and woman argued because he did not spend enough time with her.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — About 10 people were found drinking alcohol after hours and in violation of local ordinance.
    BAY STREET — Officers responded to a fight involving a person trying to stab another with a knife.
    STADIUM VIEW APARTMENTS — A woman reported costume jewelry stolen.
    HARDEN ROAD — A woman said she came home to find her ex-boyfriend in her home, although he has been served with a protective order.
    QUALITY INN AND SUITES — A man and woman, at the hotel for dinner and drinks and planning a trip to the beach to reconcile their marriage, got into a fight and caused visible injuries.

    Tiffany Genease Baldwin, 32, Cypress Lake Mobile Home Park — disorderly conduct, family violence.
    Daniel Edward Donaldson, 28, Georgia Highway 119, Brooklet — probation violation.
    Jamie Denise Gunn, 34, U.S. Highway 80 East — fourth-degree forgery, theft by taking.
    Garfield Thomas Hendrix III, 31, Sirius Drive, Wilmington, N.C. — theft by taking (felony).
    Jimmy Wayne Hooks Jr., 30, First Avenue, Sandersville, Ga. — unauthorized procurement of items for an inmate, marijuana possession and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    Tina Michelle Nelson, 43, Georgia Highway 46, Metter — unlawful use of communication facilities, unauthorized procurement of items for an inmate, marijuana possession and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    Grace Ashley Williams, 28, Arnett Street, Sylvania — probation violation.
    Joshua Daniel Belch, 30, Wayside Drive, Jacksonville, Ga. — possession of hydrocodone without a prescription, endangering a child while DUI, suspended license, DUI, speeding, child restraint, open container.
    Crystal Gail Culberson, 27, Ponderosa Road, Portal — obstruction.
    Angela Lynette Frazier, 47, County Road 1, Cobbtown — public intoxication.

    Mirage Mariah Sanders, 20, Lanier Drive — driving with suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device.
    Joshua Louis Milteer, 23, Herschel Drive — DUI, failure to maintain lane and following too closely.
    Rodney Todd Sanders, 18, Chandler Road — underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false ID.
    John Wesley Powell, 23, Georgia Highway 192, Twin City — DUI and too fast for conditions.
    Stephen Anthony Herndon, 29, Godwin Street, Walterboro, S.C. — DUI, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions and open container violation.

Incidents
    TUESDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted two motorists and responded to four alarms.
    WEDNESDAY — Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted one motorist, responded to five alarms and responded to a report of an injured person near Southern Pines.
