Bulloch County Sheriff's Department

OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH - A woman reported a burglary attempt and said someone shattered a window and a pane of glass in a door.
PINE INN ESTATES - A woman said a man with whom she has had a relationship for just a few days and to whom she gave a phone became angry when she asked him about text messages on the phone. He broke the phone, she said. He refused to leave when she demanded, so she called deputies. The man told them he didn't have a ride, so deputies took him to a relative's home.
UNDISCLOSED LOCATION (unlisted) - A man reported that someone dug holes in his yard when trying to access a water line that did not go to his home.
HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH/BENNETT BUILDINGS - A man reported the theft of an air compressor.
TOO SHORT ROAD - A man and woman argued, and the man told deputies he refused money from her for bills because he didn't want her there or for her to have reason to stay there. He said she tried giving him money, but he left it under a speaker for her, and he said she took his keys.

Statesboro Police Department
KMART - A woman was arrested for being a wanted person (failure to appear) as well as for shoplifting the following items she concealed and did not pay for: a $12.99 watch, $25 worth of clothes, a hat priced at $2.39, a $7.79 clothing item and a "miscellaneous" item worth $9.98.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A person was charged with shoplifting an item worth $9.98.
WOODLAWN DRIVE - Someone reported food missing from a refrigerator.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued two traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
