LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman said two people “jumped” her, causing visible injuries.
UNIVERSITY PINES — A juvenile and an 18-year-old were arrested for loitering and prowling after a man reported them acting as if they were trying to break into vehicles.
STEAK ’N SHAKE — A man with a number of similar arrests was charged again with begging and soliciting. He asked a victim for money and a place to stay. Reports state he has been arrested on similar charges at least three times recently.
TRIPOLI PIZZA AND SHAWRMA — A man said someone stole a hookah (listed as for smoking tobacco) from a storeroom.

Jonathan Layne Mensing, 21, River Retreat, Brooklet — first-degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct.
Rickey Murray, 61, Old River Road North — disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
Stephen Antonio D. Pierce, 24, Waverly Lane — marijuana possession, suspended license.
Willie Edward Seymour, 45, Patrick Way — giving false identity to law enforcement, suspended license.

RIVER RETREAT — (Brooklet) A man was arrested on child cruelty charges after his son was found wandering in the road.
CYPRESS LAKE ROAD — A driver, obviously concerned as he leaned out of his car window and looked back at a passing sheriff’s patrol car was pulled over. He was found to be under the influence of (and in possession of) marijuana. He was arrested, and the marijuana was seized.
BUCHAN ROAD — (Pembroke) A woman reported a man made harassing calls after being fired from a business for whom her husband works.
