Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of May 9-15.
    SURRENDERED BY CITIZENS — 19 dogs, three cats from county citizens; one dog, four cats from Statesboro residents.
    Collected by officers —12 dogs and seven cats from rural areas; six dogs and three cats fro City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter —five dogs, one cat.
    Reclaimed by owners —one dog.
    Died at shelter — four dogs, seven cats.
    Euthanized — 24 dogs, 48 cats.
    Fees collected — $370.
