NAPA AUTO PARTS — Someone apparently shot the building on two occasions, causing damage.
BUTLER HOMES — Police found three unattended juvenile children who did not know where their mother was. The mother was arrested after caseworkers took custody of the children.
STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — A man and his daughter, who said they were struck by a black Dodge truck, suffered minor injuries for which they denied treatment. They also denied further police investigation.
RAMBLE ROAD — A woman reported a PlayStation 3, Wii, iPad, shirts and shoes stolen.

Jacob Henry McBride, 19, Pine Cone Lane, Ellabell — probation violation.
Cameron Douglas Hawthorne Naab, 22, Lanier Drive — probation violation.
Incidents
GATOR ROAD — (Portal) A complainant reported people trespassing on a woman’s property, taking pine straw without permission.
OLNEY STATION DRIVE — (Ellabell) A woman said someone took a picture of her daughter off Facebook, reposted it and made comments on another website. The offender is an unknown person to the complainant.
HARVILLE CHURCH ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said he went to another man’s house to confront him about making comments damaging to his character. The offender began yelling and cursing, so the complainant left.
PORTAL POLICE DEPARTMENT — Frellie June Mosley, 43, Banks Creek Church Road, Portal — criminal trespass, simple battery.

Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted no motorists Tuesday.
WINGS CAFÉ — A man police said appeared drunk was walking and entered the business. Officers questioned him, and he registered .167 on a breathalyzer. He was underage for possession of or consuming alcohol (20). Officers did not arrest him, but judicially referred him to Georgia Southern University officials.
PAULSON STADIUM MAINTENANCE — A golf cart stolen from the premises was recovered on Peachtree Street in the City of Statesboro.
