Kenneth Germain Chavers, 32, College Lane - cocaine possession with intent to distribute, obstruction.

Jonathan Brandon Johnson, 23, Franklin Road - deposit account fraud.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

FRIENDSHIP CHURCH - Someone broke in and took $1,063 from an envelope, about $20 in loose change, and two packs of cubed steak.
CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK - A man bought an iPhone for $50 from a woman who advertised the item on Facebook. After the purchase, the woman texted him saying she wanted it back, but he ignored her messages. However, when he decided he did not want the phone, he advertised it for sale and sold it to another person. Then, the original seller contacted him and told him it was her mother's phone and she needed it back. He asked whether the phone was stolen and she said, "It wasn't at first, but now it is."
BANKS DAIRY ROAD - A man reported safety and other violations he found during observation of a barn being built on his property. Later he discovered two of his tractor tires were flattened and several cotter pins taken from different areas on his tractor. He suspects someone on the work crew did the damage in retaliation to his complaints about the work.
JC LEWIS FORD - A man, apparently confused and angry because he could not buy a car, was arguing with his wife to the point that someone called deputies. The man was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
OAKWOOD DRIVE - A man unloaded some rims from his truck because the weight was making his tires scrub. When he returned to get them from where he had left them on the side of the road, they were gone.
PIONEER TRAIL - A juvenile struck another on the elbow with a broom stick, causing a whelp. The offending juvenile girl said she struck the other in self-defense, and deputies told her she could no longer go to the victim's house.
PARKER ROAD - A man gave his bank account information to a person who contacted him by email, promising to sign him up with a recording contract for $60,000. The victim discovered then that someone was making unauthorized withdrawals from his account.

Statesboro Police Department
US HAIR TOO - A complainant said a woman entered the store and purchased items at a lower price than they actually were after she switched price tags.
WEST PARRISH STREET - A resident reported the theft of a handgun from their home.
THE VILLAGE AT MILL CREEK - Officers responded to a reported domestic dispute and advised parties involved of magistrate procedures.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET/VISTA CIRCLE -Two people involved in a domestic dispute (involving alleged simple battery) were uncooperative when officers arrived to mediate the situation.
STATESBORO MALL - A woman called police after members of her ex-boyfriend's family threatened her.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted seven motorists.
LOT 13 - Someone reported a theft.
RUSSELL UNION - Officers investigated a theft of unattended property.
SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS - Someone reported a theft incident.
