    Victor Roy William Lesa, 23, Lanier Drive — DUI, no driver’s license, tail light requirements.
    Anthony Dwayne Edwards, 44, Cedarwood Acres — probation violation.
    Thomas Wayne Johnson Jr., 21, Old Register Way — failure to stop at a stop sign; driving with a suspended or revoked license (second offense); possession of a schedule II controlled substance, original container required.
    Khadijah Jennene Wilson, 22, Jonesboro Road, Atlanta — failure to signal while turning or changing lanes, driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    Tameka Latrell Fenley, 39, Herschel Drive, Metter — theft by taking (Candler County), endangering security interest (Candler County), theft by taking — motor vehicle (Candler County).
    Jeremy Peter Simpson, 20, Cartecay River Run, Ellijay, Ga. — possession of alcoholic beverage by underage persons, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct.

    WESTSIDE CAR CARE — A woman told police she and her boyfriend got into an argument while she was sitting in her car in front of the business. During the argument, the boyfriend cut off her braids with scissors. Police photographed the woman and her cut-off braids. The boyfriend left before police arrived.
    BUTLER HOMES — A woman told police her neighbor snatched a $20 bill from her hands and ran into her apartment. The neighbor denied taking anything.
    MIKELL STREET/INSTITUTE STREET — A man was arrested on several charges after officers stopped him for running stop sign. During the traffic stop police found the man was driving with suspended or revoked license, and in possession of schedule II substance.
    FRED’S — (College Plaza) A woman told police her debit card was stolen Wednesday from her work and was used twice without her permission.
    STILES INN — A woman was arrested on several outstanding warrants during a routine traffic stop. When checking her information, they found she had three outstanding warrants in Candler County for theft of a motor vehicle, endangering security interest and theft by conversion. The driver was transported to the Bulloch County Jail and held for Candler County.
    EAST MAIN STREET — Two men told police someone shined a flashlight into the window to the house. When they went outside, they saw that a chair from the back porch had been moved.
    RETRIEVER’S SPORTS BAR — Police responding to a complaint found a man being restrained by two women and two men. The man was drunk, and officers were told he was interfering with the live entertainment. After a brief struggle the man was arrested and charged with underage drinking, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
    Dazrelle Shamar Brown, 23, Lanier Drive — possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce), possession of a drug-related object.
    Charles Edward Crenshaw III, 34, Racoon Key Drive, Ellabell — truancy.
    Michelle Elaine Deal, 28, Old Register Road — disorderly conduct, public drunkenness.
    Teodulo Hernandez, 43, High Street, Metter — no driver’s license.

    PERSIMMON PATH — Two televisions, an Xbox game system and a firearm were among the items stolen from a residence. One of the victims told police he saw the back door unlocked when he returned home.

    Donald D. Jerome Burt III, age and address unavailable — no driver’s license, speeding.

    Daniel Raymond Plante, 20, Chandler Road — possession of alcohol by minor operating a motor vehicle, false identification, disorderly conduct.

    Officers issued one traffic citation and five traffic warnings and assisted five motorists Thursday.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — An unwanted person was advised to leave the residence. University Housing officials spoke with the residents.
    NESSMITH-LANE CONFERENCE CENTER — A report was taken for two incidents of theft of unattended property, and the case was assigned to Criminal Investigations.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — An incident report was taken for theft of unattended property, and the case was assigned to Criminal Investigations.
    GEORGIA AVENUE/CHANDLER ROAD — Officers found a drunk man near the intersection. He was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, false ID and disorderly conduct.
