LANIER DRIVE — During a traffic stop, a 17-year-old male was found to have a handgun and was arrested, since it is illegal for a person under 18 to possess a handgun.
PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A woman reported her Facebook account was hacked and being used to promote a government check scam.
JOHNSON STREET — A woman reported someone wrote profane graffiti on her porch wall.
COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A man reported the theft of a silver 2006 Nissan Titan.
BAY STREET — A woman said her baby’s father hit her in the face and grabbed her hair during an argument.
BEST STREET — After responding to a report of a fight involving guns, police arrested two for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
LANIER DRIVE — A man who had been in a physical fight with a woman was arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
BUTLER STREET — A man was arrested after being found standing in the roadway, intoxicated.
SOUTH MAIN STREET — A female employee of an undisclosed restaurant called police when a coworker “bumped” her.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
CLIFTON ROAD — A woman, estranged from her husband, went to visit him when she heard him on the phone. She went to the side of the house to listen to the conversation, didn’t like what she heard and broke the window when she knocked on it to get his attention, she said.
POJO’S GAS & GO/HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — A man stopped for coffee, and the clerk told him a suspicious man had been watching her. He went outside to see, and the man was gone, but when he went back to his truck, the suspicious man and another male threatened to beat him and kill him. They left, and the clerk told deputies she had ordered the suspicious man earlier to leave because he is known for stealing wine.
GIP ROAD — A woman said her son received a text from another person stating she, her son and her husband would be killed. The offender is the son’s ex-wife. She told deputies something “zapped” her cellphone and she could not produce the text. She also said people were watching her Jenkins County home, so she left and came to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office in search of the FBI’s phone number. She refused advice to contact the Jenkins County Sheriff’s Office and insisted on getting the FBI’s contact number, which was given to her.

Officers issued two traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported being harassed by someone through a text application that shared her personal information.
GSU GOLF COURSE — A man reported the theft of over $115 worth of golf balls.
