Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Troopers issued 37 citations, including 19 speeding citations, six seatbelt violation citations and two DUI citations Friday through Monday. They also issued 75 warnings, including 41 for speeding and four for seatbelt violations.

Statesboro Police Department
DOLLAR GENERAL/NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST - A store employee reported an "older" woman concealed candy in her purse and left without paying. The employee recorded the woman's tag number.
In another incident, a man shoplifted over $70 worth of items and was located on James Street, where he
was arrested.
STILES INN - A man reported a tenant left without paying and took several items belonging to the motel.
DOLLAR TREE - A woman said the father of her children struck her and fled.
BUTLER STREET - A woman said she and a man argued over money, and he struck her in the face, leaving no visible injuries.
CHANDLER ROAD - A woman said a man entered her home without permission, and when she tried to leave, he struck her several times in the face.
UNIVERSITY VILLAGE APARTMENTS - Police responded to a report of an aggravated assault with a knife. A woman said a man stabbed her, but reports did not state where she was stabbed, how badly she was injured, whether she was transported to a hospital or whether the man was arrested. However, police said Monday that the man was arrested on aggravated assault charges, and the woman, injured on her arm, took herself to the hospital.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A man was arrested for shoplifting clothes, food and other items.
In a separate incident, a woman shoplifted nail kits, DVDs, clothes and boots. She was arrested.
LANIER DRIVE - A witness reported seeing two men beating and shoving a woman, but police did not locate the people involved.
JOHNSON STREET - A man was arrested for pointing a gun at occupied vehicles.
MIKELL STREET - A woman told police another woman slapped her in the face.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL - A woman reported a tuba taken from her classroom and later found at a student's home.
BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD - A woman reported a special needs student was kissed by another student on a school bus.
MUD ROAD - A woman told deputies someone in a white truck stopped in front of her home and fired a gun. Deputies found what appeared to be bird shot damage to a road sign.
OLNEY STATION DRIVE - A woman said someone stopped in front of her home, jumped a fence and went to the back yard, talking on a cellphone. Then, they tried to get inside by turning a door knob, she said. Deputies found no one at the scene.
HIGHWAY 80 EAST/STILSON COUNTRY CORNER - A traffic stop of the reckless driver of a Mercedes Benz resulted in two arrests and seizure of "ice," other drugs and $10,434 cash.
MACEDONIA ROAD/HIGHWAY 24 - A woman left a car with a flat tire and returned to find it vandalized, with shattered windows and spray paint on the car.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and seven traffic warnings and assisted nine motorists Friday through Sunday.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Troopers investigated 23 crashes with nine reported injuries and no reported fatalities Friday through Monday.
