    Herbert A. Williams, 68, Bobby Donaldson Avenue — driving with suspended or revoked license (first offense).
    Annabelle Nicole Neumann, 30, West Main Street — driving with suspended or revoked license (second offense), no brake lights or working turn signal.
    Sallie Turner, 56, Wildwood Circle — driving with suspended or revoked license (first offense), no brake light or defective brake light.
    Anthony Jahmal Gochett, 19, Statesboro Place Circle — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession or use of a drug-related object.
    Gregory K. Pascarella, 18, Statesboro Place Circle — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    Dominique Cleveland White, 22, Jewel Drive — felony theft by taking (automobile), burglary, three counts of failure to notify owner upon striking unattended vehicle.
    Austin Ray Dominguez , 20, Lawrenceville — underage possession of alcohol, public drunkenness, giving false information.
    Rashon Quintavis Howard, 19, Bobby Donaldson Avenue — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    CEDARWOOD GNETS PROGRAM — An officer arrested a juvenile after a report about a student threatening a staff member.
    In another incident, police arrested a 15-year-old who turned over some marijuana when questioned.
    EAST JONES AVENUE — Officers responding to a report of people behaving suspiciously near the Park Avenue intersection searched the area where they had been seen and found some marijuana in a container in the bushes.
    APPLEBEE’S — A man reported his phone was stolen from the host stand at the restaurant.
    GORDON STREET — A resident whose cable TV and Internet had stopped working reported suspecting a man had tampered with the cable box. He denied it.
    CHURCH STREET — A man reported that, after driving through the Butler Homes parking lot, a driver struck three cars and fled the scene. Officers discovered that the offending vehicle had been reported stolen.
    RUCKER LANE — A woman reported two rings, valued at $110, had been lost or stolen.
    WEST MAIN STREET — Police stopped a man on a tractor and arrested him on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    In a separate incident near the middle of town, an officer stopped a woman on a scooter for driving without brake lights and found that she had a suspended license. When a man in a pickup stopped to assist, officers found the man had a warrant pending and arrested him too.

    Elijah Tai Edwards, age and address unavailable — parole violation (Arkansas).
    BULLOCH MARINE — (Statesboro) Business owner reported theft of a Binnacle center console remote control, valued at about $1,000, from a 2013 Sun Dance boat.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 46 — (Statesboro) Deputy visiting a residence about a civil matter involving roommates found that one, who had left the scene, had a parole warrant outstanding from Arkansas, leading to his arrest.

    Troopers investigated eight crashes with three reported injuries. No DUI arrests, speeding citations or seatbelt citations were reported Tuesday.
    Troopers stopped 10 vehicles; issued a total of 20 warnings, including five for speeding and one for seatbelt, Tuesday.

    Tyrone Dematrico Fair, 21, Cody Lane — possession of marijuana, obstruction of an officer.
    Rebecca Anastasia Davis, 19, Georgia Highway 67 — DUI (under age 21), no drivers license on person, headlight violation.

    Officers assisted eight motorists Tuesday.
    DINING COMMONS — An incident report was taken for harassment and simple battery.
    J LOT — Officers made contact with four people and judicially referred them for campus alcohol violations.
