Police contacted animal control after someone complained of a pit bull in a vehicle with windows down, barking at people.

▲ BAYGALL ROAD — A county employee called the sheriff’s office to report what he thought was a physical domestic dispute but parties involved said they were only engaging in horseplay.

▲ KYLE SORRELL ROAD — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute over custody issues.

▲ PECAN GROVE ROAD — A man was arrested for involvement in a physical domestic dispute

In a separate call, someone was arrested on charges of battery, obstruction, giving false information, 3rd degree child cruelty, and outstanding warrants.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A person reported receiving terroristic threats via text message.

▲ BIRD ROAD — A man confronted a reckless driver about speeding through the mobile home park. The driver reportedly threatened to kill the complainant and drove off recklessly.

▲ WARNOCK STREET — Deputies met with parties involved in a domestic dispute in a park in Register. The parties agreed to separate.

▲ HENRY FUTCH ROAD — Family members argued over hunting rights and yelled at each other. Deputies told them to speak with the judge handling a will.

▲ SIMONS ROAD — A highly intoxicated woman called 911 to report her husband was drinking heavily and threatened to kill her. Deputies found the man sober, and he denied making the threat. The woman went to a neighbor’s home to sober up.

▲ STAMBUK LANE — A woman who said she felt ill after involvement in a verbal dispute was checked out by EMS.

▲ BELK — A shoplifting suspect was cited and released after taking an $18 clothing item.

▲ PRESTON DRIVE — A victim in a domestic altercation that was physical was given information on seeking warrants. The other party fled the scene before police arrived.
