▲ FLOWER ROAD — A man helping another install a dryer stepped on a dog that was in his way. The dog owner protested, claiming it was intentional. The offender pulled a knife, held it against the victim’s neck and threatened to kill him, reports stated. The offender said stepping on the dog was an accident and that the knife was a butter knife. The victim declined prosecution.
