    Latisha Shante Alford, 32, Burkhalter Circle — seat belt violation and suspended license.
    Incidents
    ELM STREET — An officer arrested a woman after seeing her strike a juvenile in the back of the head, grab her by the neck and push her to the ground.
    GORDON STREET — A man struck a woman in the arm with a stool. He said she was coming at him with a knife, but she denied having a knife.
    EAST MAIN STREET — A woman pushed another in the face, pushing her to the ground, during an argument.
    MILL CREEK PARK —Someone, possibly skateboarders, damaged the tennis court covering.
    NORTH MAIN STREET —Someone stole a Stihl chainsaw.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — Police officers who spotted a marijuana plant in a windowsill arrested two men in the apartment.
    ENMARK — A woman cursed at a clerk over lottery numbers.

Arrests
    Lisa Marie Kendrick, 49, Cross Creek Farm Road, Brooklet — theft by deception.
    Bruce Ronald Hendry, 47, Zetterower Road — child support lockup (failure to pay.)
    William Ernest Webb, 48, South Main Street — battery.
    Russell Roundtree Collins, 44, Upper Lotts Creek Church Road, Portal — theft by taking, criminal trespass, possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
    Incidents
    NORTHWEST PASSAGE — (Portal) A man reported the theft of an air conditioner and cube of bricks.
    MILL BRANCH CLUB ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said a juvenile has been putting dirt in his mail box and tampering with mail. The child’s mother said the complainant pulled her child’s shirt and pointed his finger in the child’s face.
    PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD —A woman said someone cut a window screen.

    RUSSELL UNION — A cell phone, wallet and keys were reported stolen, and a second person reported the theft of a bicycle.
