    Berniesha Shariece Cooper, 25, Allen Circle — disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
    Taylor Allen Strickland, 23, Twingate Drive, Johns Creek, Ga. — possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, failure to have original container for a prescription drug, public intoxication, loitering/prowling, criminal trespass, tampering with evidence, obstruction.
    Tiffany Adriana Ratliff, 19, South Main Street — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — A woman told police just before midnight Thursday that her ex-boyfriend came over and kicked in  her door.
    SOUTH CITY TAVERN — An officer served a citation for someone selling alcohol to an underage “confidential informant” around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

    Stephen Boyd Lewis, 38, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell — probation violation.
    Allen Richard Jenkins Sr., 46, Welikit Court — no insurance, suspended registration, marijuana possession, DUI, use/possession of a drug-related object, open container, attempt to conceal information by misuse of a license plate.
    Allen Richard Jenkins Jr., 20, Welikit Court — open container, underage possession of alcohol.
    Melissa Thompson Bryant, 38, Shuman Road — possession of a schedule III controlled substance.
    Daron Latroy Canty Jr., 23, East Drive — marijuana possession, failure to maintain lane.
    Pariss Shanell Spells, 24, Groover Lane — license violation (limited permit).
    Jeremy Allen Franklin, 22, Stambuk Lane — headlights violation, suspended license, possession/use of a drug-related object, giving false identity, probation violation.

Incidents
    PAUL SMITH ROAD — (Brooklet) A man told deputies around 2 p.m. Thursday that former tenants returned looking for missing clothing, but they had left nothing behind. He said a woman threatened to damage the home with a hammer to gain access and also threatened him with bodily harm.

Arrests
    Parker Madison Blackwell, 18, Knight Drive — marijuana possession.
    Thomas Littlefield, 18, Carrie Drive, Waycross — possession of a fraudulent driver’s license, underage possession of alcohol.
    Keith Paul Boatwright, 19, Chandler Road — underage possession of alcohol.
Incidents
    Officers issued five traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted six motorists Thursday.
