Incidents
    KENT STREET — A woman called police around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday because she and her mother were arguing over a power bill. She said her mother had the address switched and the wrong bill came to her house.
    WILDWOOD CIRCLE — A woman was arrested around 1 p.m. Wednesday after striking and scratching a man several times.
    BLAKEWOODS APARTMENTS — A woman reported a child molestation incident around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police are investigating the case. No further details were available in reports.
    GATA’S — A man told police around 11 a.m. Tuesday that he fought with a large group of men who provoked his friend. He suffered visible injuries, went to the hospital and spoke with police there.
    SMOKEHOUSE — (South College Street) A man told police around 7 p.m. Tuesday that someone struck him in the head and snatched $850 from his hands.
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — Officers responded around 2 a.m. Aug. 28 to a domestic dispute in which a woman said a man punched her several times in the head. She said she sprayed him with pepper spray. Police did not release the report until Thursday.

    U.S. HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A man told deputies around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday that he was riding a four-wheeler and soft mud caused him to strike a tree, hurting his shoulder.
