Police report - 9-26-14; Police found a group of underage students drinking in an apartment.

    Maurice V. Middleton, 41, Fair Road Apartments — suspended license, windshield/window/wiper violation.
    Ralphee Erbuk Tremble, 27, Simons Road —suspended license, wanted person.

    WOOD VALLEY CIRCLE — Officers forced their way into a home where Bulloch Central 911 reported a domestic dispute around 1 p.m. Wednesday. No one answered the door, and when police entered, the parties said they could not agree on who should have answered the door. There was no evidence of a physical fight and the couple said the argument was only verbal.
    MADISON MEADOWS — Police responded to East Georgia Regional Medical Center around 10 p.m. Wednesday for a report of suspicious activity involving a juvenile victim. Reports did not include further details but the incident is under investigation.

    Samuel Lee Knight, 28m, Furman Road — theft of services, damaging or tampering with property of a public service provider.
    Gloria Jean Parrish, 48, Bobby Donaldson Avenue — simple assault, probation violation.
    Shyra Denice Hunter, 30, Lark Lane — simple battery.
    Charles Anthony Graves, 23, Creekside Way, Metter — criminal trespass.
    LaCollie Marque Gordon, 24, South Second Street, Twin City — marijuana possession, obstruction.
    James Levern Coney, 26, Stambuk Lane — marijuana possession, obstruction.
    Richard Terrell Raymond, 28, Norwood Avenue, Swainsboro — marijuana possession, obstruction.
    Savannah Elizabeth Shaw, 20, Grimshaw Lane — financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud.

    KEVIN DEAL ROAD — (Statesboro) Deputies responded around 7 p.m. Wednesday to a domestic dispute between a man and a woman who was moving out. The woman was found to be a wanted person and was arrested.
    OLD LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman told deputies around 6 p.m. Tuesday that her daughter, whom she said has a drug problem, took her debit card without permission and withdrew money from her bank account. The daughter was arrested.

    Jonathan David Tyson Jr., 17, South Meridian, Indianapolis — criminal trespass.
    Ryan Matthew Steinmetz, 18, Centennial Place — possession of a drug-related object.
    Dominic Michael Ruggiero, 18, Georgia Avenue — marijuana possession, possession of a drug-related object.

    Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted five motorists Wednesday.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Police found a group of underage students drinking in an apartment around 1 p.m. Saturday. The beer was poured down the sink and several students were referred to university officials for disciplinary action, but none were arrested.
    In a separate incident, officers spoke with two men who admitted having been drinking at Retrievers Bar & Grill, according to reports. Officers observed wrist bands and black marks on their hands indicating they had been in a bar. They were both under age 21. The men were judicially referred to GSU authorities for disciplinary action but were not arrested.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A woman reported two bicycles stolen between 3 p.m. Sept. 18 and 12:30 a.m. Monday.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — A man was found smoking marijuana in his room around 7 p.m. Saturday. Officers seized a small amount of marijuana. He was not arrested, but judicially referred to university officials for disciplinary action.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responding to a domestic dispute arrested a teen who had been banned from campus around 3:45 a.m. Sunday. The two 17-year-olds were arguing over the male opening a can of baked beans with a butter knife. The female involved was judicially referred to university officials for disciplinary action.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Eight people under age 21 were found in possession of and consuming alcohol in a room around 11 p.m. Saturday. Those who were students were judicially referred to university authorities for alcohol violations but no one was arrested. The alcohol was disposed of in the officers’ presence.
    In a separate incident, two men were arrested around 10 p.m. Sunday for marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. They were judicially referred as well.
