Brian Joseph Ridulfo, 38, Birkenhead Drive, Port Wentworth - felony theft by receiving stolen property (three counts), possession of an illegally sawed-off shotgun, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (two counts), criminal use of an item with an altered ID mark.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

PARRISH ROAD - A woman said a man refused to return a handgun he took from her home when he moved out earlier this year, taking the gun without her permission. The man told deputies she allowed him to borrow the gun. He was told to return it.
FRANKLIN ROAD - A home was burglarized, but reports did not list items taken.
SKYE DRIVE - A man said someone broke into his home, which was vacant due to power outages from Hurricane Irma, and ransacked it. He suspected someone was looking for prescription pills, he said.
PIONEER TRAIL - Deputies responded to a reported burglary. Items taken were not listed.
TALONS LAKE - Deputies dispersed a large party at which vehicles were blocking roadways and driveways and music was very loud.

Statesboro Police Department
BERMUDA RUN - A man was arrested on battery charges.
PEACHTREE STREET - Hair clippers, televisions and an assortment of food were taken during a burglary.
LANIER DRIVE - Officers responded to a domestic dispute in which one person suffered abrasions and bruises. No arrests were made, but the victim was given advice on solutions.
    In a separate incident, someone reported an attempted break-in and said a window and screen were damaged.
    In yet another incident, police intervened when juveniles were found fighting.
COLLEGE PLAZA - A black 2017 Honda Accord was stolen and later found in another jurisdiction.
KENT STREET - A man was arrested for simple battery after a woman told police the father of her children struck her.
WOODLAND DRIVE - A complainant reported receiving unwanted messages from another. The report did not list details of the messages but listed the offense as simple assault.
GENTILLY DRIVE - A man was arrested on unrelated charges after police responded to a reported domestic dispute.
KMART - A suspect was stopped while trying to steal DVDs by concealing them.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations and six traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
HOLLIS BUILDING - Someone reported the theft of a golf cart.
NEWTON BUILDING - Police responded to a report of a suspicious person.
