Arrests
    Charles Coxwell, 25, Aldred Avenue — battery, third-degree cruelty to children.
    Remy Olivier Maillet, 20, Lanier Drive — marijuana possession.
    LaGrant Clark, 53, President Circle — simple assault, criminal trespass.
    Marvin Buck Perkins, 51, Denmark Street — suspended license, tag light violation.
    Jacob Zachary Floyd, 20, King Road, Brooklet — second-degree criminal damage to property, possession of a false ID, underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication, loitering/prowling, and criminal trespass.
    Anthony James Gordan, 48, South Zetterower
Avenue — criminal trespass.

Incidents
    ALDRED AVENUE — Police arrested a man for battery around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday after a roommate told them he physically attacked his pregnant girlfriend. The attack took place in the presence of children, reports state.
    THE FORUM — A woman reported fearing for her safety regarding a situation involving neighbors around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.
    HENRY BOLEVARD — A woman reported seeing a man committing an act of public indecency around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday. Reports did not give details of the man’s actions.
    BRANNEN/BROAD STREETS — Officers met a man at the hospital around 10:30 a.m. Friday  who said he was attacked by two men who struck him in the face and body with an unknown object before taking his cellphone. Police released the incident report Wednesday.
    MIDTOWN BAR & GRILL — A man found in the parking lot after the bar closed was found to have mud all over him, smelled of alcohol and was trying to get into a car around 2:10 a.m. Tuesday. He was arrested on several charges including public intoxication, loitering/prowling and underage possession of alcohol.

Arrests
    Tommy Lee Faircloth Jr., 35, Peacock Street,
Vidalia — failure to register as a convicted sex offender.
    Timothy James Hayes, 29, Cherry Branch Road, Wayne, W.Va. — no driver’s license, improper tag.
    Jaylin Laron White, 18, South Main Street — marijuana possession.

Incidents
    U.S. HIGHWAY 80 WEST — (Statesboro) A man reported around 6 p.m. Tuesday that he received threatening texts from a man who said he would burn his house down.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    None reported Tuesday.

Incidents
    Officers issued five traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Tuesday.
