▲ BURKHALTER ROAD — An apartment complex manager reported that residents complained about one man, whom they identified, knocking on their doors in the middle of the night and also that the man has been seeing snakes in his apartment and vehicle. Another resident told the deputy that the same man tried to burn her car.
