Police Report - 8-8-14; A man told deputies someone stole a black 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup truck

    Lanitra Renea Lester, 21, Tillman Street — simple battery.
    Shnay Jalisa Lester, 23, Mulberry Court — aggravated assault.
    Lavana Omega McCoy, 26, Lamb’s Bridge Road, Twin City — probation violation.
    Julius Regan Gibbons, 25, Georgia Highway 67 — loitering.

    TILLMAN STREET — A man went to the hospital for an ear injury sustained in a fight around 2 p.m. Aug. 1. Two women were arrested — one for aggravated assault with a knife, another for simple battery.
    NORTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A person told police around 7 p.m. Wednesday of suspected child abuse that occurred between March 1 and May 31. Police are investigating.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A man was arrested around 3 a.m. Thursday after he and three others were reported as suspicious. Three escaped by fleeing, and the man who was caught admitted he did not live in the area. The men were reportedly walking in bushes.

    Randy Avant Edenfield, 26, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell — failure to appear, wanted person.
    Mark Eve Crutchfield, 22, Broomstraw Trace, Ellabell — probation violation.
    Jacob Levi Brantley Boan, 18, Pate Place — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, failure to maintain lane, tampering with evidence, unlawful use of a telecommunications device, stop sign violation.
    Christopher Ian McCabe, 29, Sandalwood Circle — suspended license, probation violation.

    CYPRESS LAKE COURT — A man told deputies around 9 p.m. Wednesday that someone stole a black 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup truck with a boat and $500 worth of tools in the back.

    None reported Wednesday.

    Officers issued seven traffic citations and five traffic warnings Wednesday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Officers responded to a call about an unruly person around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday.
