    Hubert Ray Foote, 53, homeless — wanted person.
    Dana Michelle Whitfield, 26, Cypress Lake Road — DUI, headlight violation.
    Joseph Edward Wilson, 25, Birch Court, Brooklet — failure to appear.
    Randall Maye, 30, Lester Road — fleeing/attempt to elude, failure to maintain lane, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a housing project or park, abandonment of a controlled substance, obstruction.
    Irene Coppock, 53, West Grady Street — theft by taking.
    Larry M. McMillan, 33, Lewis Street — DUI (refused test) and excessive volume.
    Donte Lashon Moore, 26, Georgia Highway 46 — criminal trespass.
    Brian Douglas Smith, 19, Nassau Drive — reckless driving, open container, DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.

  Incidents
    KIRBY OF STATESBORO — Someone stole aluminum tubing from the Zetterower Avenue business.
    WEST GRADY STREET — A woman was arrested for taking a computer power cord and hiding it from another woman.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — A woman suffered a scratch and bloody lip after an unknown suspect attacked her at the bar.

    Eric Todd Mallard, 39, Barn Mobile Home Park — felony theft by receiving stolen property.
    Corrine Hope Storey, 29, Farrar Court, Decatur — probation violation.
    Curtis Lavon Whigham, 36, Martin Road, Twin City — no insurance.
    Talicia Ann Mitchell, 37, Big Bay Boulevard, Ellabell — battery.
    Terry Alan Waddell, 24, Georgia Highway 24 — theft by taking, criminal trespass, battery.
    Contessa Maria Johnson, 31, U.S. Highway 80 East — battery.
    Thomas Rodney Rountree, 33, Knight Drive — no proof of insurance, suspended license, suspended registration.
    Debbie Elaine Smith, 42, Arrowhead Trail — suspended license.

  Incidents
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 24 — (Statesboro) a man was arrested after punching a hole in a woman’s wall.
    LIVE OAK LOOP — (Ellabell) A woman said another female hit her, causing visible injuries.
    COWBOY WAY — (Portal) A woman reported a suspicious man walking behind her home with a flash light.
    DOLLAR GENERAL — (Statesboro, U.S. 301 South) A man was caught trying to steal cases of soft drinks that were on display outside. Store video shows he shoplifted socks and underwear. He hid his tag number by dropping the tail gate and fled.
    PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — A man and woman fought because he would not give her a credit card. He suffered visible injuries and she was arrested.

  Arrests
    Carolyn Ruth Blackwell, 20, Bethlehem — DUI (refused test).

  Incidents
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers investigated five crashes with two reported injuries; issued two seat belt citations and four warnings; three child restraint citations and two warnings; stopped 120 vehicles; issued 25 speeding citations and 40 warnings; assisted six motorists, and patrolled 1,712 miles.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued no traffic citations Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
    Logan Byron Townson, 21, Roswell — DUI (refused test), misdemeanor obstruction, suspended license, open container
    Samuel Henry Dubose, 21, Atlanta — misdemeanor obstruction and permitting unlicensed person to drive.
 
  Incidents
    OVER THE WEEKEND — Officers wrote nine traffic warnings and assisted three motorists.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — A suspicious person was reported at the Sigma Nu fraternity house. Information on the subject was issued to GSU police personnel with instructions to ban the subject if he is located.
    RETRIEVERS — Officers assisted Statesboro Police Department with a fight at Retrievers and a subsequent traffic stop related to the fight.
    CLUB BUNZ — Officers assisted Statesboro Police Department regarding a fight with possible guns involved.  GSU officers located the person of interest and turned him over to Statesboro police.
