Statesboro Police Department

CARIBE COURT - A handgun, ammunition, $50 cash and other items were stolen from a car.
QUEENSBOROUGH BANK - A cab driver said a person ran from the cab and failed to pay a fare.
WESTWOOD NURSING HOME - Someone reported the theft of a cellphone and hygiene products.
BOBBY DONALDSON AVENUE - A man said his estranged wife came to his house and pepper sprayed him. The woman was arrested.
FLORENCE AVENUE - Officers responded to a reported physical domestic disturbance.
STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE - An officer heard gunfire but was unable to determine where it came from.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
SOUTHBEND DRIVE - A man said he destroyed a woman's phone when he discovered she was having an affair with another man. He denied her claims that he struck her.
ELDORA ROAD - A man threw a cup of coffee on a woman, then a glass coffee cup, because he was angry about a snack wrapper left on the table by children.
HIGHWAY 80 EAST/POJO'S - A woman said someone has left a note on her vehicle running board twice. The latest note said, "I want you, Yummy." She has no idea who left the note, she said.
WOODLAKE DRIVE - A woman said her ex-boyfriend grabbed her arm during a heated discussion.
BRUISER CIRCLE - A man involved in a fight met with deputies at the hospital, where he was treated for injuries.
GUINEVERE COURT - A man reported hearing shots fired and found a bullet in his wall.
OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH - Two men argued about one man's dogs eating the other man's dog's food. One man fired a shot to scare the neighbor's dogs away, and the other man threatened to kill the neighbor and his wife.
HARVILLE ROAD - A man found another man lying in a ditch, where a dirt bike was also lying. As he questioned the man, the suspected offender ran into the woods. A check further revealed the dirt bike had just been stolen. The offender was not found during a search with a canine.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.
