Incidents
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — Two sisters argued over finances and one threw the other one’s credit card in the pool. A physical fight followed.
    CLUB BUNZ — An officer cited the business for noise ordinance violation.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her sister threatened her over a phone conversation.
    RETRIEVERS — A man who was banned from the business returned, and was arrested.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A woman reported the theft of a video recorder.
    WALMART — A woman stole a Kiss fingernail and toenail decorating kit.
    FINCH’S MOBILE HOME PARK — Someone threw a hammer through a woman’s window.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
    Troopers investigated eight crashes with five reported injuries; issued one seat belt citation and seven warnings, two child restraint citations; stopped 118 drivers; issued 21 speeding citations and 48 warnings; arrested a wanted person; assisted four motorists and patrolled 1,147 miles between Friday and Sunday.
 
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Friday, three Saturday and two Sunday.
    Anna Claire Randall, 19, address unlisted, Statesboro — DUI (.116) and failure to maintain lane.
    Nathaniel Davis Baker, 22, address unlisted, Statesboro — DUI (.150) and
headlight requirements after dark.

Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted one motorist. Officers also responded to several false alarms.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued four traffic warnings.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    HARVEY DRIVE — Officers made contact with a man and determined he had been injured during a vehicle accident on Pulaski Highway.  It was also determined that the Bulloch County Sheriff’s office was looking for him.  The suspect was turned over to deputies.
    GEORGIA AVENUE —  An officer observed two males fighting. The subjects were separated and advised to stay away from one another the rest of the night.
    KENNEDY HALL — An officer observed that a power box had been tampered with. It was determined that someone had taken copper wire from the box.  Maintenance was advised of the theft.
    COLLEGE OF BUSINESS — A custodial employee reported seeing smoke on the third floor. Officers and the Statesboro Fire Department responded to the building. The facility was checked, and it was determined that there was no actual fire and the smoke was caused by a fan motor in an air handler.
