    Crystal Marie Williams, 26, Johnson Street —driving without a valid license, operating a motorcycle without eye protection, no helmet, license or registration violation.
    Carolyn Cooper, 49, Eason Street — driving without a valid license.
    Anthony Bernard Simmons, 36, Garfield Street — giving false information.

Incidents
    VAN BUREN STREET — A woman told police around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday that a man hit her with a board and bit her arm. The man told police she struck him in the hand with a baseball bat and then hit him with a cane. Neither was arrested.
    ORANGE STREET — Officers responded around 12:30 p.m. Monday to a domestic dispute in which the woman said her husband was cheating on her.

Arrests
    Toriano Laselle Byrd, 40, Waterstone Circle, Savannah — probation violation.
    Rocky Randell Harrison Jr., 36, Pate Place — bench warrant.

Incidents
    METTS ROAD — A man and woman argued over whether the man, who was leaving, would take the Dish Network boxes. The man told deputies around 1 p.m. Monday that the service was in his name, but the woman refused to allow him to take the boxes, stating she was not going to be left without TV. The man agreed to transfer the account to her name.
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Mackenzie Cedric Thomas, 37, Rucker Lane — wanted person.

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted six motorists Monday.
    WATSON COMMONS — Police responded around 11 a.m. Monday to the report of a financial transaction card fraud case.
    HOLLIS BUILDING — A man who reported finding property was arrested around 10:08 p.m. Monday when police learned he had outstanding warrants.
