➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies responding to a domestic dispute arrested a person on disorderly conduct charges.

▲ WEATHERSTONE WAY — A man reported a fraudulent credit card account opened in name.

▲ SEAGULL LANE — A woman said she argued with the father of her child over texts. After ignoring 18 repeated calls from the man, she answered, and he screamed at her, threatened her, said he hoped she died a “horrible death” and had an accident. He also told her to tell their child he loved her and that he was going to jump off a bridge.

▲ GRETEL’S HUNT — Deputies deployed all three of the Bulloch County K9 units to track a man reported as suspicious. The complainant said he saw the man beside his house, and the offender ran when spotted. The complainant said a window had been “pushed in”, but deputies reported finding a spider on the window that had not been disturbed. It did not appear the house had been entered or that anything was missing, reports stated.

▲ BRANNEN ROAD — A woman said her daughter and an ex-friend stopped communicating, but the friend’s aunt continued harassing the daughter by messages, using different phone numbers even after some were blocked.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A person reported the theft of 750 gallons of diesel fuel.

▲ KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD — A man reported someone repeatedly damages his property “every few months” with a tractor.

▲ SOUTH JACKSON ROAD — A report in Wednesday’s police report was unclear as tp who was the victim and who was the offender. Deputies responded to a domestic dispute where one sister struck the other with a walking cane in her eye and on her back during an altercation over money and care of their mother. The victim, who has power of attorney over the mother, was the one who suffered injuries. The offender, who was living with the mother at the time, was the one accused of striking the victim with  the cane.
