INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
BURKHALTER ROAD — Deputies responded to an assault call. Reports did not list additional information.
ELDORA ROAD — A woman said a man pulled into her yard, yelled at her and left, spinning tires. He texts her all day, every day, in spite of being asked to leave her alone, she said.
PATRIOT INN — A man reported the theft of a cooler from his truck.
LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — A man reported his mailbox had apparently been struck by a vehicle. Deputies noted the mailbox was lying in a ditch and noticed tire tracks at the scene.
TEAL CIRCLE — A man said another man came to his home and confronted his daughter, threatening her over a dispute about money. The offender waved a gun, so the complainant did too, and the offender left.
KING ARTHUR DRIVE — A woman reported her purse stolen at a party. When she found it later, several items were missing.
COLFAX WEST ROAD — A woman said her home was burglarized, and two VHS players, a DVD/VCR combo, a computer, a 6-foot roll of leather, two printers, blank DVDs and kitchen items were taken.
SANDY CREEK FARMS — A woman said she made a visiting man leave her home after discovering he was using illegal drugs and drinking on her property. After the man’s son took him to a bus station, the offender began sending her harassing text messages, she said.
PLANTATION POINT DRIVE — A man told deputies another man threatened him, saying he would “have his job.” The offender said he was there to catch his wife at the complainant’s residence, convinced she and the other man were having an affair. The complainant said the offender’s wife was his coworker and had just brought him some supper.
STILSON CAFÉ — A man told deputies his daughter’s mother failed to show up to deliver their daughter after visitation. The woman gave the excuse that she had family visiting from out of town. After the complainant called the sheriff’s department, stating her actions were violating a court order, she met him at the café and delivered the child into his custody.
DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — A man who tried to break up a fight between two men was struck in the head with a bottle and briefly lost consciousness. He was able to call his girlfriend to take him to the hospital, he said.
OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH — A man reported an altercation over a mobile home on property where the owner wanted it moved. A woman who claimed to be involved in the argument said the offender bit her, pushed her onto the ground and struck her in the nose.
WESTOVER DRIVE — A man overheard an altercation next door and went to make sure all was OK. An offender followed him back to his house, yelling, cursing and threatening him. Deputies told the offender to stay away from the complainant’s home.
LEON NEWSOME ROAD — Deputies responded to a call listed as involving sexual battery and a domestic dispute. A woman who claimed to have been involved in an altercation with a man was given information on Safe Haven and restraining orders.
LONGWOOD DRIVE — A man with whom the complainant has had issues over his drug addiction was found in the family’s storage room, uninvited. An argument ensued, then a physical struggle between the tenants and the offender, who eventually fled before deputies arrived.
SINKHOLE ROAD — A juvenile reported missing was located in Statesboro, waiting on her mother to pick her up from out of town. She had been staying with a stepfather when she left the residence.
ELDORA ROAD — When a dog ran into a neighbor’s yard, the neighbor threatened to kill it, reportedly using profanity. When the dog’s owner asked the neighbor not to curse in front of kids, an argument ensued and someone called deputies. Both parties denied cursing.
THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance over a previous incident.
Statesboro Police Department
ROUNTREE STREET — A man called police when his wife argued with him over visiting a friend.
GATA DRIVE — Officers responded to a reported fight, but the offenders involved were gone upon arrival.
LANIER DRIVE — Officers responded to a call about a person with a gun but determined the argument was only verbal, and while one person did have a gun, it was never drawn.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — An intoxicated man causing a scene was arrested.
HOLLY DRIVE — A man was arrested for family violence. No further details were included in reports.
WOODLAND DRIVE — A man said his roommate threatened him with a knife.
24 EAST APARTMENTS — A woman said two subjects came to retrieve items from her home and tried to “jump” her.
NORTH COLLEGE STREET — Officers responding to a call about a woman chasing a man with a board saw the female, highly intoxicated, striking a man in the stomach with a board that had several nails in it. When police attempted to calm her down, she caused a scene and was argumentative. She was arrested.
PEACHTREE STREET — A woman said an unknown person texted her several times, asking for personal information so she could get free money from them. She suspected a scam.
GATA RESTAURANT — A woman told police two other females struck her in the face at the restaurant.

Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.
