    Orlando DeWayne Sneed, 34, Dry Branch Village — possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.
    Monte Carlo Johnson, 41, Johnson Street — driving without a valid license, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

    Angela Star Abraham, 34, Zera Lane — felony theft by receiving stolen property, bench warrant.
    Jasmine Elizabeth Leach, 32, Highway 80 West, Portal — theft by shoplifting, possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container, possession of drug-related objects.
    Bradley Collin Weathers, 30, Broad Street — entering auto with intent to commit theft.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ANDERSON ROAD — Someone broke into a room adjacent to a garage and stole a new lawn mower.
    SOMERSIDE DRIVE — A vehicle stolen from Pooler was located.
    ELDORA CEMETERY ROAD — A woman said her mother-in-law harasses her by phone. She lived with the offender until three weeks ago, when she moved; her husband, the offender’s son, is in jail, and she moved due to issues within the household.
    BYRDS ASSISTED LIVING/BURKHALTER ROAD — A woman called deputies and a caseworker when a resident tried to strike her, angry over an incident earlier at a treatment facility.
    STERLING COURT — A woman told deputies an unknown white female with blonde hair keeps ringing her doorbell, asking for cigarettes.
    TIMBERLINE POINT — A woman said she received a call from a restricted number during which a man told her he was watching her. Immediately afterward someone knocked on her door and would not answer when she asked who it was. Her juvenile sister said she saw a man in a white mask outside. Deputies found no one in the area.
    BREAM ROAD — Several televisions and a laptop were reported stolen from two homes that showed signs of being burglarized.

Statesboro Police Department
    GREEN STREET — A woman reported her landscaping and yard decorations were damaged.
    MADISON MEADOWS — Someone reported a window was shattered.
    JOHNSON STREET — A man reported as suspicious, riding a bicycle with no lights and wearing a backpack similar to one used in a recent armed robbery, fled when police asked to search the backpack. He was not located.
    PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A man broke a cellphone during a domestic dispute.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued two traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted no motorists.
 
Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Last week, troopers investigated 16 crashes with 14 reported injuries and arrested three for DUI.
    Troopers also issued the following: eight citations and seven warnings for seat belt violations, three citations for child restraint violations, and 11 citations and 22 warnings for speeding.
