LEON NEWSOME ROAD - A person was arrested after deputies responded to a report of simple battery.
CODY LANE - A man told deputies he saw two men with a lug wrench trying to break into a home. They ran when he saw them, he said.
GEORGIA 24/WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA - A man who was bitten by a snake was airlifted to a Savannah hospital.
FIRST DOWN COURT - A man reported the theft of a gun from his vehicle.
LANCELOT COURT - A man reported a gun stolen from his vehicle.
HERSCHEL DRIVE- A man said his vehicle was ransacked but nothing was taken.
DOY NEWTON TRAILER PARK - A deputy saw a man shove a woman as he responded to a domestic dispute. The man complied with the deputy's orders and was arrested but threatened to kill everyone there. The woman said the fight was over her not giving him his keys because he was drinking.

Statesboro Police Department
FAIR ROAD - A juvenile found walking near El Sombrero around 1 a.m. Friday was charged with curfew violation and taken home to Butler Homes.
EAGLE HEALTH AND REHAB - A naked person was seen by a staff member behind the building. The offender, who was not a resident of the facility, "got up and ran" when spotted.
BRAMPTON AVENUE - A woman said a neighbor's dog attacked her dog.
LANIER DRIVE - A man was arrested after a traffic stop revealed he was in possession of stolen property. Property listed as seized included two handguns and a wallet, as well as a vehicle.
ST. CHARLES PLACE - A woman said her boyfriend assaulted her and stole money from her.
FAIR ROAD - A man stopped for speeding and no license, who gave officers false information, was found at the jail to have marijuana in his pocket.
GARFIELD STREET - Neighbors who were arguing were told by police to "leave each other alone and be adults."

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted three motorists.
HANNER FIELDHOUSE - K9 security was called to perform a detail.
SOUTH MAIN STREET - GSU police assisted Statesboro police with crowd control as Statesboro police investigated a fight involving shots fired. Two gunshot victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and a suspect remains at large.
PAULSON STADIUM - K9 units performed a detail for security. Police also investigated a report of a suspicious person and handled an injured person case. There were also multiple reports of "found property" at the stadium.
FREEDOM'S LANDING - Someone reported a suspicious person.
UNIVERSITY VILLAS - Officers made field contact with and investigated a suspicious person.
