    Charles Martelle Lorenz, 43, Highway 67 — suspended registration, suspended license, no insurance.
    Malik Anthony Jenkins, 18, Audubon Drive, Savannah — probation violation.
    Joseph Anthony Legel, 21, Hampton Ridge Road, Macon — entering auto with intent to commit theft.

Statesboro Police Department
    Samuel Thomas Bradford, 44, Ponce de Leon Avenue, Atlanta — hit-and-run, following too closely.
    Kandi Curry Royals, 30, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting.
    Joseph Emanuel Royals, 37, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting.
    Michael Hendrix, 40, Black Creek Church Road, Brooklet — suspended license, obscured tag, wanted person (US Marshal Service).
    Khadijah Regina Sevilla, 23, Miller Street Extension — obstruction, failure to maintain lane, hit-and-run, violation of conditional permit.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    WOODSHOLE CIRCLE — A construction company mistakenly removed vinyl siding from a home, later discovering it was the wrong home. The company agreed to pay for damages.
    BULLOCH CENTER FOR AGRICULTURE — A man called deputies to report finding a rusted handgun in a field behind Southeast Bulloch High School. The gun was too rusted to find the identification marks. It was a Smith & Wesson Sigma 9 mm. handgun.
    HIGHWAY 24 LANDING/OGEECHEE RIVER — A fisherman reported finding an overturned kayak and had seen a vehicle with a kayak rack parked in the same spot for several days. A Department of Natural Resources ranger an Bulloch County sheriff’s deputies investigated and found the overturned kayak had been there a while and was not connected to the suspicious vehicle.
    BOOSTER BOULEVARD — A man heard a car door slam and went outside to find a man in his roommate’s vehicle. The suspect fled but the complainant chased him, tackled him and held him in a headlock until deputies arrived. The suspect was found to have sunglasses in his pocket he took from the car and admitted he was drunk and had been stealing things. He was arrested.

Statesboro Police Department
    O’NEAL DRIVE — In response to reports of gunshots fired, police arrested a man for illegal discharge of firearms and cocaine possession.
    STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — A person was arrested after striking another several times.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man was arrested after concealing hand warmers valued at $13 in his pockets.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.
