Orline Daniel, 55, U.S. Highway 80 West, Portal — disorderly conduct.
Demetrius Donaldson, 47, Bobby Donaldson Avenue — possession of a drug-related object, cocaine possession.
Michael Fennell, 36, Savannah Avenue — cocaine possession.
Daniel Hodges, 65, Bulloch Street — selling alcohol without a license, maintaining a disorderly house.
Eugene Allen Knight, 46, Old River Road North — suspended license, wanted person.
James Earl Lundy, 40, Simmons Road — sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, probation violation.
Wayne Robert Miller, 58, Nesmith Road — theft by taking, obstruction.
Milton Leroy Odom, 65, West Grady Street — maintaining a disorderly house, distribution of a controlled substance.
Eliza John Boyd III, 26, Frink Road — marijuana possession, possession of a drug related object.
Dennis Lavon Godbee Jr., 32, Olliff Hill Road — no driver’s license, probation violation.
Prentice Eric Thomas, 29, Johnson Street — no driver’s license.

U.S. HIGHWAY 80 WEST — (Portal) A woman told deputies around 5 p.m. Thursday that her adult daughter was intoxicated, aggressive, abusive and threatened to harm her and a small dog in the home. The offender was arrested.
DELOACH CHURCH CONNECTOR — (Pembroke) A woman told deputies around 5:30 p.m. Thursday that a man driving a white van with blue lettering was hiding in the woods near her house and shouting obscenities to her and her daughter. Deputies did not locate the offender.

The shelter reported the following activity during the week of May 12-18:
Surrendered by citizens — 13 cats from rural county areas.
Collected by officers — five dogs and seven cats from rural county areas.
Adopted from shelter — one dog and two cats.
Reclaimed by owners — three dogs.
Died at shelter — three cats.
Euthanized — 16 dogs and seven cats.
Fees collected — $160.
