Police report -5-20-17; A woman said someone damaged her homes door, set bag of dog food against it

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    Shoniqwua Alexis Howard, 26, Johnson Lane — possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
    Ryan Christopher Miller, 30, Cowboy Way, Portal — suspended license, failure to maintain lane.
    Natasha Antonnett Young, 26, Lanier Drive — suspended license, giving false information.

Statesboro Police Department
    Helen Ann Beckham, 75, Lanier Drive — theft of services, damaging/injuring/interfering with a public utility.
    Marecio Sequan Dunn, 27, West Deerfield Road, Bloomingdale — giving false information, wanted person (Effingham and Chatham counties.)
    Angela Marie Safford, 37, Harvey Drive — simple battery, criminal trespass.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BROOKLET-LEEIELD ROAD — A woman said someone damaged her home’s door and set a bag of dog food against it.
    PAMELA WAY — A woman said another male assaulted her juvenile son on the school us. The offender grabbed her son by the throat and moved him when he refused to move from his seat, she said.
    TREVOR LANE — Someone reported a burglary, stating undisclosed items were missing.
    ANDERSON PARRISH ROAD — A woman went to her child’s father’s home after learning he was seeing someone else, and an argument occurred between the man and the two women involved.
    CEDARWOOD ACRES — A woman said she asked her husband why he didn’t water the dog and he “went crazy,” striking her in the knees with a flash light. Deputies who responded learned the couple had been involved in a heated argument before the alleged physical attack. The woman said she didn’t want to press charges; all she wanted was a divorce.

Statesboro Police Department
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — Statesboro police assisted Bulloch County sheriff’s deputies in a K9 deployment that did not result in arrest.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and five traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Police investigated reports of a suspicious person.
