CEDARWOOD GNETS PROGRAM/DONNIE SIMMONS WAY - An 11-year-old student at the alternative school was arrested on charges of simple assault, unruly juvenile, simple battery against school employees and disrupting a public school.
WILDWOOD CIRCLE - Police responded to a call about a male juvenile who was afraid of an adult male, but officers reported the call as unfounded.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK - A man and woman argued about him putting a "for rent" sign at her home in order to rent it to another person, and he struck her arm, she said.
FRINK ROAD - A woman told deputies that an intoxicated man threw chairs at her and kicked in a door. The man was belligerent to deputies, cursed and refused directions. He was combative and was Tasered but did not comply. He was Tasered again but still refused to comply and tried to remove the Taser barbs. He was Tasered a third time, and another deputy was able to handcuff him and take him to jail. Witnesses said he had caused damage at several homes in the area before deputies arrived.
SANDPIPER DRIVE - A teenage boy who said his mother beat him with a stick tried to run away. The man whose home he went to, with a bag of clothes, called deputies to report the alleged abuse. Deputies returned the child to his home, and the mother said she would discipline him as she saw fit. Deputies reported the incident to the Department of Family and Children Services.
JOHNNY BRANNEN ROAD - A man and his adult son argued, then fought physically because the father believes the son consumes too many energy drinks. Both men suffered visible injuries, and both were arrested.
GAF PLANT/JIMPS ROAD - Two men argued after one asked the other to move an item while unloading a trailer. One man demanded the other speak to him respectfully, and the other man shoved him to the ground. All parties were given advice on taking out warrants through magistrate court.
JESSICA LANE - A juvenile saw an elderly woman fleeing from her adult daughter, and the older woman asked him to call police. The daughter told him not to and not to tell his mother what he saw. He told his mother anyway, and she called the law. When deputies arrived, the older woman said her daughter had struck her in the face and choked her when she tried calling for help. The victim said the offender tried to take away a bottle of alcohol she was trying to drink. Deputies noted the offender smelled of alcohol and saw a phone lying on the floor, off the hook and unplugged. They arrested the daughter. The neighbor who called deputies said domestic disputes between the two are an ongoing occurrence.
KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD - Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in which both parties were intoxicated and accused the other of striking them. The argument reportedly started when the woman accused the man of infidelity. He was taken to another location for the night. Deputies reported that their stories did not match, and no one was arrested.
HARVILLE ROAD - Deputies spoke with a woman in the hospital who said her husband accidentally shot her in the foot with a 9 mm handgun as he tried to shoot an armadillo in the yard. The man said he didn't see his wife and thought he was aiming at the armadillo.

Officers issued six traffic citations and five traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
