David Donovan T. Hubert, 19, Elk Ridge Cove, Alpharetta — failure to obey traffic device, DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.
George Wiley Futch, 32, Red Breast Drive, Sylvania — parole violation.
Christopher Orlonda Leach, 25, Packinghouse Road — simple battery (of a person older than 65 or pregnant), simple assault, suspended license, open container, DUI (refused test).
William Aziz Emadi, 21, Whispering Swan Court, Douglasville — failure to maintain lane, DUI (refused test).
Incidents
FOSS STREET — A woman told police a man she knows walked into her home and took her prescription pain medicine from her bathroom.
JOHNSON STREET — A woman said another female threatened her with a knife. A witness also overheard the offender making the threats.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman reported the theft of an edger.
YOUR PIE — A man said a woman found glass in the food she was eating and was unsure whether she had ingested any.
BELK — A man walked out without paying for a $69 bottle of LaCoste men’s cologne. He was also wanted for probation violation.
WEST GENTILLY ROAD — A man said someone poured syrup in his gas tank and all over his truck.
CONNORS PLACE — A man keeps returning and demanding services in spite of being told not to return.
WEST MAIN STREET — A man said a woman stole $250 from a lock box he kept in a bedroom where he stayed in a boarding house.
NORTH MAIN STREET — Someone shattered a car window with a horse shoe to steal a pack of cigarettes.
FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man jumped on her, choked her, and threatened her. He was arrested.

Arrests
Tristan Jimmal Harris, 23, Old Washington Road, Thomson — probation violation.
Jonathan Scott Morgan, 22, Herschel Drive — sale of marijuana, use or possession of a drug-related object, criminal attempt to manufacture a schedule I narcotic.
Stephanie Martha Walls, 38, Georgia Highway 46, Brooklet — felony theft by conversion, theft by deception.
James McCray Edwards, 40, Depot Drive — expired license, suspended registration.
Destiny Nichole Smith, 22, Reedy Branch Road — simple battery.
Eric Roy Grovenstein, 17, Blue Springs Road, Newington — contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Corey Alan Jackson, 21, Cleary Road, Brooklet — suspended license.
Matthew Dillon Geiger, 21, Beaver Creek Drive — felony theft by taking, theft by taking motor vehicle, failure to register as a secondary metal recycler.
Incidents
BRAGAN ROAD — (Statesboro) Two females who did not speak English very well argued because one said rumors were being spread about her. Family members helped deputies understand what was going on and both females were instructed to stay away from each other.
LARK LANE/EAGLE VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a residence where they found a man with facial injuries. He claimed he was robbed of cash by two unknown men. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
BANKS DAIRY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a water trailer.
DAKOTA LANE — (Statesboro) A woman bathing her nephew noticed what looked like a bite mark on his bottom. When she asked how he got the “boo boo,” he said, “Mommy bit me.” She called deputies to file a complaint.
MILL CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a gas can and two weed eaters.
GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45 (Friday through Sunday)

Incidents
Officers issued 18 traffic warnings and assisted eight motorists between Friday and Sunday.
