NORTH KEVIN COURT — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday that a man and woman to whom she sold a car have been sending threatening texts and messages wanting a refund. The bill of sale stated the car was sold as is with no warranty, but the male buyer threatened to drive the car through the seller’s house if she did not refund the money.
