Christopher John Head, 20, Sea Palms Colony, St. Simons Island - wanted person, marijuana possession, possession of a Schedule IV narcotic, original container required for prescription drugs.
Quentin Dustin Williams, 22, Chandler Road - seatbelt violation, marijuana possession.
Alphonso Karen Bynes, 24, Twin Oaks Road, Sylvania - disorderly conduct.
Marcus Aaron Billups, 23, Pineview Road - driving with a suspended license, seatbelt violation.

ELLIS APARTMENTS - A man and woman argued about his Facebook account.
EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS - A man and his roommate engaged in a physical fight. Police advised them both of magistrate procedures.
LESTER ROAD - A woman told police she hears people talking in her attic, and clothing has become missing.
TRANSITIONS LEARNING CENTER - A student said she got up to ask a teacher a question and when she returned to her desk, a wallet was missing from her purse. Another student said he saw a male student take the purse.
REED STREET - A woman said her boyfriend struck her in the head.
WESTSIDE GOLD AND PAWN - A man told police a suspect tried to pawn an iPod that had been stolen a short time before.
MIKELL STREET - A woman told police a man struck her because she owed money. An emergency room nurse told officers the woman has a fractured orbital bone.
SUBWAY/301 SOUTH - A man came into the restaurant cursing and yelling, and threw a chair over the counter. He was subsequently arrested.
MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS - A woman said a man hit her in the eye and broke a window in her home.
