Jacob Kyle Head, 18, Black Creek Church Road, Brooklet — possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol.

Nicholas Sammy Gallagher, 55, Highway 84, Ludowici — felony theft by shoplifting.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
HIGHWAY 67 — A woman told deputies her estranged husband, with whom she had been fishing, kicked her out of his car. She said he ordered her out and when she opened the car door, he pushed her. Deputies found her walking down the road after she called for assistance from a convenience store.
BUCKEYE LANE — A woman said her estranged husband, from whom she is divorcing, came to her house to pick up belongings and threatened her. She said he told her “because you are on medication, I could come into this house and shoot you in the head.”
COWBOY WAY/BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — A man stopped at a license check had no license on him and deputies smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A check revealed his license was valid but he had an outstanding felony bench warrant for two counts of sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance. Deputies only found marijuana residue but arrested the man on the outstanding warrant.
HIGHWAY 46 — A man reported finding his truck tires slashed.
MUD ROAD — A man said he heard gunshots and the sound of bullets striking his home. He saw three vehicles leave his neighbor’s house. His neighbor told deputies she heard what sounded like someone on her front porch. The man who filed the complaint said he suspects a man with whom his wife once had a relationship. Damage that appeared to be from a bullet was found on the home near a juvenile’s bedroom.
Statesboro Police Department
KMART — A woman seen taking razors from their packages and hiding them in her purse was also found to be shoplifting around $35 worth of hygiene products and about $20 worth of other items.
SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man was seen pulling on the door handles of several parked cars in the area.
Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted three motorists.
Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Last week, troopers investigated 13 crashes with two reported injuries. They arrested one wanted person and three drivers for DUI and also issued the following: nine citations and 12 warnings for seat belt violations; four citations and eight warnings for child restraint violations and 35 citations and 51 warnings for speeding.
