A Bennett Grooms Road juvenile was arrested for theft by shoplifting.

 

Statesboro Police Incidents

BUTLER HOMES – A man, wheelchair bound, was found to be unable to care for himself in spite of living alone and having a power chair. Adult Services was contacted.

WALMART – A man was arrested for stealing a package of blue Men’s Enzyte pills.

CAMPUS CROSSINGS – A woman said someone stole cash and a GPS unit from her car.

JACKSON ROAD – (Statesboro) A man reported a tree fell on his car.

CRABBY JOES – (Statesboro) A man reported trees and power lines felled during a storm.

POJO’S (U.S. 80 East) A woman reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.

HUBERT CHURCH ROAD – (Stilson) Someone broke into Hubert Church and stole snack items and food.
