INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

CHARLIE LANE - A man answered an email that said he had a virus in his computer. He agreed to contract with the company that sent the email to repair it for $500 and gave his credit card number. Then, a company representative contacted him and said they had overcharged him and wanted his bank information so they could refund his money. It was then that he figured out he was being scammed, reports stated.
BLITCH PLACE ROAD - A woman went to go to work and noticed it appeared someone had slept in her car. A bag and cane were left behind, and the bag had an identifying name in it. A neighbor told the woman that she saw an ambulance in the area, and it was discovered that a woman had been taken from that residence to the hospital. Further investigation revealed the woman had some mental issues and had believed she wanted to rent the complainant's house, which she said once was her residence.
BRENDA ROAD - A woman told deputies someone has stolen several trash cans from the back porch of her home over a period of several months.
DRY BRANCH VILLAGE - A woman said a man keeps beating on her windows, trying to get in, and is pursuing a relationship with her that she does not want. He also threatened to shoot her because she turned him down, she said. The man admitted going to the woman's house, and deputies served him with a criminal trespass warning.
HERSCHEL DRIVE - A man reported two TVs stolen during a burglary.
ROBERTS ROAD - A man recognized a trailer with several items that had been stolen from him. The trailer had been left there by the suspected offender, who had been arrested by another agency on a separate offense. The property tenant was unaware the items were stolen.
OLD HAPPY LANE - A man went to the hospital for treatment of visible wounds after another man punched him in the eye. However, he chose not to press charges.
LOCKETT DRIVE - A man and woman argued because the man said the woman did not help with bills. The woman said she tried but that she has a lot of kids and sometimes is unable to help financially.

Police reported 13 traffic accidents occurred between Friday and Monday but did not list any incidents for that period of time.
