INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

BRIGGS AND STRATTON - A woman left her locker ajar and someone took a small purse, hidden inside her larger purse, containing $800 cash.
BOWEN ROAD - A man called deputies for help because a man whom he had allowed to live on his property, with an agreement that the home be remodeled, failed to do the work on the home and paid neither rent nor the electric bill. The offender agreed to leave, but a check on his status revealed that he was wanted in Savannah. He was arrested and held for pickup by Savannah-Chatham police. The homeowner said the offender owes him $1,450.
J.U. WILLIAMS ROAD - A woman said her stepdaughter's mother met her at a convenience store and gave her a bag of belongings for her stepdaughter. A suspected marijuana cigarette was found in the bag, she said.
SPRING CREEK ROAD - A woman reported the theft of a chainsaw from her porch.
OLD FLAT FORD ROAD - A man said his ex-girlfriend harassed him by stopping by his house uninvited.
HIGHWAY 119 - A woman reported the theft of a chest-type tool box.
MAY ROAD - A man who was found lying next to a fence, with a bloody nose and bruise over his eye, refused EMS treatment and would not cooperate with deputies and tell them what happened. He was arrested, taken for a medical evaluation and then booked into the jail.
MARTIN SWINSON ROAD - A man said that he was approached by another man about renting a mobile home, but he explained that the home was not ready to be rented. He later found the offender sleeping inside the home. He ordered him to get his belongings and leave, but all the offender took with him was a towel.
WESTSIDE MOBILE HOME PARK - Two men fought physically about rent and the fact that one legally owned a gun and the other didn't agree with it.
ADEN LANIER/NEVILS GROVELAND ROADS - A man was found lying in the roadway with his coat over his head. He was found to be intoxicated, had urinated on himself and was arrested.

Statesboro Police Department
NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST - A noise and drug complaint led police to arrest several on a variety of charges. They served a warrant and seized a stolen firearm, counterfeit money, suspected cocaine and marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
MAXWAY - An employee reported a $3 clothing item was shoplifted. The suspect was not apprehended.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - Two women were arrested for shoplifting $77 worth of hygiene products and $80 worth of food.
    In a separate incident, a man was charged with shoplifting $74 worth of food.
    A third incident resulted in the arrest of an offender who shoplifted $10 worth of food.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued two traffic citations and nine traffic warnings and assisted four motorists.
