➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ CARLY CLUB ROAD — Deputies responded to a reported physical fight between a homeowner and a member of a work crew. The disagreement was over home repairs. Parties involved were given information on seeking warrants.

▲ DANNIE CARTEE ROAD — A woman found on the property who neither lived there nor knew the residents was arrested on prowling charges. Later, after being released from jail, she was wandering around the jail parking lot, trying to enter other people’s vehicles. She was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

▲ BRANNEN DRIVE — A woman said her child’s father struck and pushed her after seeing a photo on the child’s iPad showing the complainant with another man. She was given information on seeking warrants.

▲ EAST DRIVE — Someone reported damage and vandalism by spray painting vehicles.

▲ PIKE ROAD — A woman said someone poured an unknown substance in her car’s floorboard.

▲ DEPOT DRIVE — A woman called deputies and said she felt unsafe because she argued with a man over her not wearing a seat belt.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A woman said she saw someone with flashlights on her pond dam.

▲ OLD REGISTER ROAD — A man and woman were arrested on affray charges after someone reported they were involved in a physical altercation. Both showed visible injuries.

 

➤ Georgia Southern University Police 

▲ Friday through Sunday, officers issued four traffic citations and eight traffic warnings and assisted 14 motorists.

▲ BIOLOGICAL SERVICES BUILDING — Someone reported a theft.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers responded to a drug complaint.

In a separate case, officers are investigating complaints of harassing communications and exploitation by transmission of nude or sexually explicit materials.

▲ EAGLE VILLAGE — A man was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

▲ FREEDOM’S LANDING — A student was judicially referred to university authorities, but not criminally charged, for an alcohol violation.

▲ SOUTHERN PINES — Someone was arrested on marijuana and paraphernalia charges.

▲ SOUTH CAMPUS — A student was judicially referred for possession of marijuana, but not criminally charged.

▲ RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY CENTER — A wanted person was arrested after police investigated a suspicious person call.
