Incidents
    SOUTHERN BILLIARDS — Saturday around 1:20 a.m., a woman was arrested for striking two others. She admitted trying to hit one but said hitting the other was an accident.
    WAL-MART — Thursday around 4 p.m. two women were arrested for shoplifting clothing and toys.
    WILD WING CAFÉ — Friday around 6 p.m. a man was arrested for selling alcohol to underage persons.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Around 10 p.m. Saturday, a man slapped another in the face for taking a cigarette. The offender was arrested.
    MARVIN AVENUE — Tuesday around 12:45 a.m. an intoxicated man was found at the wrong house, and refused to leave, so he was arrested.
    EAGLE REALTY — Around 9:15 a.m. Monday, someone reported a mail drop box was intentionally set on fire.

    William James Dyer, 20, Bermuda Run Road — possession/use of a drug  related object.
    Matthew Joseph DiPaulo 20, Bermuda Run Road — conspiracy to commit a crime, possession/use of a drug related object, marijuana possession.
    Russell Rovell Allen, 52, High Court, Decatur — probation violation.

    No incidents other than traffic stops and warrants served reported.

Incidents
    Officers issued no citations or traffic warnings and assisted no motorists Monday.
    OLD REGISTER ROAD — A man was found asleep in a work van around 8 a.m. Dec. 17. He was intoxicated and was arrested.
