    Charles Vidal Latties, 18, Inman Lane — wanted person.
    Holly Nicole Hillhouse, 19, Cyan Lane, Guyton — theft by shoplifting.
 
Incidents
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of a 2000 Chevrolet Impala.
    WALMART — A woman shoplifted $67 worth of makeup.
    WEST INMAN STREET — Two females fought, with one striking the other in the head with a flashlight.
