Statesboro Police Department

STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE –An officer performing a welfare check found a person who needed to go to the hospital, and was sent for treatment.

LANIER DRIVE – Someone reported receiving harassing communications.

In a separate case, a woman told police her daughter was being unruly, hurt herself and planned to blame it on her.

CHANDLER ROAD – A woman was given information on seeking warrants for a man who harassed her by phone after being told to stop.

DOLLAR TREE/COLLEGE PLAZA – A man placed $40 worth of items in is backpack and left without paying. He was not apprehended.
EAGLE COURT – A woman said a male friend struck her, causing visible injury. He was gone when police arrived.

KNIGHT’S INN – A person was taken by EMS to the hospital after a welfare check.

PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – A person sleeping in a vacant apartment was taken to his mother’s home outside the city limits.
