    HOLLOWAY LANE — A woman argued with her father because he went to Savannah and left her needing a break from caring for her sick mother.
    POJO’S/COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — A clerk recorded the tag number of a man who shoplifted several candy items.
    CHANCES MOBILE HOME PARK — A man reported a burglary where a Sawzall compressor, four nail guns, a TV, DVD player and DVDs were stolen.
    EAGLE TRACE MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman said she gave her paycheck to a friend to deposit, but when she tried using her bank card, she learned there were insufficient funds with which to make her purchases.
    COLEY BOYD ROAD — A man and woman argued over the woman being in a bad mood. They separated when the man left for work.
    R.J. KENNEDY ROAD — A man said a woman hacked into his Facebook account.
    WE LIKE IT COURT — Someone damaged a shed door in an apparent attempt to break in.
    OLD RIVER/W.C. HODGES ROADS — A man backed up and fled in another direction instead of passing a state trooper, who had blue lights flashing as he investigated a crash. A deputy assisting with traffic control waved the driver to pass safely, but he did not, choosing instead to turn around. The driver would not stop when the deputy followed him and threw his keys out the window when he finally did stop. He was charged with DUI and other charges.

Statesboro Police Department
    ELM STREET — A woman told police she received unwanted text messages from a woman with whom she doesn’t get along.
    SOLOMAN CIRCLE — A woman said another person attacked her.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — Someone reported drug activity but officers could not verify the reports. The area will be patrolled, reports stated.
    DONALDSON STREET — A man told officers he saw a suspicious person in his yard. The offender fled when spotted.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman reported a purse lost or stolen.
    KMART — A person was cited for shoplifting $30 worth of hygiene products.
    CENTRAL STREET — A complainant reported an unwanted person who was served with a criminal trespass warning.
    SOUTH EASY STREET — Someone reported a burglary, stating the following were stolen; a TV, a gaming system, $350 in change and $1,300 in cash, haircutting equipment, cologne, a necklace valued at $1,400, sunglasses, a flag, games and a poker set.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued two traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted eight motorists Tuesday.
    RUSSELL UNION — Someone reported an unwanted person.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Police are investigating a reported rape.
    Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted three motorists Wednesday.
