    Jeremy Demetrius Boatwright, 24, South Courtney Way — aggravated assault (family violence), possession of a knife during the commission of a crime, simple battery (family violence), obstruction of an officer.
    Lacollie Marque Gordon, 25, South Second Street, Twin City — failure to maintain lane, open container, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce), giving false identity information.

Incidents
    WELLINGTON CIRCLE — A woman told deputies that someone broke into her locked vehicle by smashing the front passenger-side window with a concrete block and stole her purse, which contained credit cards, sometime before 7 a.m. Thursday.
