INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police Department

WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A woman was arrested after concealing in her purse $178 worth of office equipment, $4 worth of food and $5 worth of "other property."
    In a separate incident, someone told store employees and police that another person stole a $150 electric razor.
    Another incident was reported in which a person was arrested for theft by conversion for stealing $7,000 worth of gift cards.
    In yet another incident, a man walked out while pushing a cart filled with two TVs worth $487 each.
KMART - A woman was arrested for shoplifting $25 worth of clothing, $6 worth of Christmas ornaments, ornament hooks priced at around $1, a $14 pregnancy test and a $3 food item.
DONALDSON STREET - Officers responded to a reported fight, but one party fled before they arrived.
WESTWOOD NURSING CENTER - A resident struck another person in the face with his fist.
NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST - The manager of a store in the 1200 block said a person stole $450 from him in an uncompleted transaction. Reports did not list the store name.
GNAT'S LANDING - An unruly and intoxicated man was arrested after becoming belligerent with officers and refusing to leave.
JOHNSON STREET - A man said his girlfriend's family members, acting from an earlier argument, barged into his house and beat him. The man was treated at the hospital after being transported by EMS.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH - A woman reported receiving unwanted text messages from another woman who would not stop contacting her. She showed screen shots of the texts to deputies.
COUNTRY CLUB ROAD - A woman who works with mentally handicapped students at a local college called deputies when one of her students spotted her car at her house and knocked on the door to her home. She said that students are not supposed to know where she lives, and while she felt the student meant no harm, she did not want him there.
RUSHING ROAD - A man said someone who he suspects is a former girlfriend is sending him unwanted texts.
PORTER ROAD - A man said he posted "no trespassing" signs on his property, but members of a hunting club are ignoring the signs. He said they drive recklessly at high speeds, and he is concerned for children on his property.
HIGHWAY 80 EAST - A man who has hunting rights to a woman's property showed her trail camera video of someone running on her land.
WILLIAMS LANDING - A man said he returned from boating and found that someone had apparently run over his boat trailer, totaling it, as it was hitched to his truck.
PAMELA WAY - A young girl was acting unruly and causing problems because her father had just been arrested. She cursed and disobeyed deputies, who arrested her. The Department of Juvenile Justice ordered her returned to her mother, but her mother did not pick her up, claiming she had no ride when jail employees called her twice. The girl waited at the jail until her father bonded out, and she was turned over to him.
BRANNEN FARM ROAD - A woman said that a man she knows stole a weed eater. The man entered her home when she was gone, but her juvenile daughter saw him and told him her mother was in town.
BURKHALTER ROAD - Deputies responded to a domestic argument and arrested a man who had a gun but is prohibited from doing so because he is a convicted felon.
PIONEER TRAIL - A woman said her boyfriend slashed her tires during a dispute about relationship issues. He denied doing so.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued seven traffic citations and 10 traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
