Incidents
    THE GROVE — An iPod and GPS unit were stolen from a car.
    DOS PRIMOS — A stereo and cell phone were stolen from one car, and a wallet was stolen from another.
    KMART — A woman was arrested for shoplifting clothing.
    DOLLAR GENERAL — Two women were arrested for shoplifting hair color and beauty products.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Someone broke in and stole a Wii, stereo and other electronics.
    TOBACCO & MORE — A man was arrested for shoplifting a 24-pack of beer.
    EASTSIDE CEMETERY — A woman reported flowers stolen from her mother’s grave.
    STADIUM WALK APATMENTS — A woman noticed her cable service disrupted and fund a cable wire running to her neighbor’s residence.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAGE — A man reported a computer stolen.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A man said someone stole KC lights from his Jeep.
    THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — A man frightened another man who was trying to break into his home. The would-be burglar fled.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — A wallet, $25, purse and GPS unit were stolen from a car.
    PARK PLACE — Clothing, two laptop computers, iPods, a Playstation 2 and games and more were stolen from an apartment.
    IHOP — Three men left without paying for food.
    CRESCENT AVENUE — A woman said she slapped a man during a dispute over money.
    CRACKER BARREL — A man said an employee stole money, clothes and candy.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A book bag and purse were stolen from a car.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A man said several prescription medications were stolen.
    CJ’S TRANSMISSION — Several tools were reported stolen.
    KALI FOOD MART — Two men were captured after stealing three cases of beer from a delivery truck.

Arrests
    Robert Steven Clark, 27, Pretoria Rushing Road — manufacturing methamphetamine, second degree cruelty to children, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Phillip Michael Hope, 17, Cypress Lake Road — disorderly conduct.
    Shawn Edward Marks, 24, Aaron Station Road, Portal — probation violation.
    Brian Joseph Ridulfo, 33, Ridgewood Drive — manufacturing methamphetamine, second degree cruelty to children.

Incidents
    BOWEN ROAD — (Portal) A man said neighborhood kids have been throwing rocks in his yard and yelling profanity at his children.
    MUIRFIELD DRIVE — A woman was reading to her child and saw a man peering through the window. He fled when she spotted him. She and her husband later heard noises on their back porch but deputies found no one.
    DIABLO LANE — (Pembroke) A woman saw a man running from her daughter’s home.

    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responded to a verbal altercation between roommates.
    SOUTHERN PINES —Officers responded to a drug complaint. Also, officers responded to Southern Pines for a complaint of an alcohol violation.
